Best Practices - We stay ahead of the curve. All of our tools are the most sound and fundamental tools for the best practices in their specific functional area.

Business and Personal Ethics - Our coaches understand how important the work we do is in our clients lives and businesses. Our coaches operate from a stance of integrity, employing and adhering to the highest ethics and practices.

Coaching - We know that coaching provides a long-term and lasting solution to our clients. We do not "do it for them" but rather assist them with the tools that they need to solve their challenges in the easiest way possible.

Congruency - We are constantly reviewing our own values and are striving to act in a way that is consistent with our values.

Collaboration - We know that "givers gain" and we proactively share our experiences with our fellow members and the PBCA.

Commitment - We are fully committed to our practices and have "burned the boats" behind us.

Alliance - We always have the best interests of our fellow allies in mind and support them both proactively and reactively.

Accountability - We are all accountable and responsible for our own actions and their results. We do not make excuses nor assign blame. We advocate ownership and no BMWs (B*******, Moaning, or Whining  ).

Authenticity - Our coaches serve as role models for the clients we serve and the business coaching world. As such, we are authentic in our own lives and businesses; we state the truth and engage in the strategies, learning, growth and development we coach our clients to undertake, so that we not only talk the talk, we also walk the walk.
